Stan Jefferson is the Co-founder, and CEO of Jefferson Rowe, Vertical Horizon Solutions Group. Jefferson is a renowned speaker at the national and local levels on academic achievement and leadership development. He earned his Master’s Degree in Education Administration and Education Supervision from Bowling Green State University.

 

He also holds a principal license and earned his superintendent certi􀃶cate from Ashland University. In April 2016, Jefferson was given a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Ashland University Gridiron Club where he was employed as an assistant coach for 11 seasons. In 2015, Jefferson was inducted into the Ohio High School Football Coaches Hall of Fame.

 

The Ohio State African American Alumni Society, awarded Stan a Samella Lewis Professional Achievement Award, for his long and distinguished career in education and athletics. Jefferson was also inducted into the Valley View Hall of Fame, which is his high school alma mater, as well as the Mans􀃶􀃶field City Schools Hall of Fame in February 2009.

 

Jefferson spent 28 years as a high school coach and administrator in Mans􀃶field, Ohio. He trained extensively under Knowledge Works and functioned as the architect during the production of Mans􀃶field's state of the art facility, which utilized small learning communities or academies.
